Performance requirements

Our products have obtained NFRC and CSA certification. If required, we can provide you with quality testing and certification services in designated countries.

Ordinary windows and doors come with 5-year warranty service, please refer to the 《Product Warranty Description》 for details. If there is a quality problem during the warranty period, we will deliver replacement parts according to the information provided by you, but the delivery time of the parts may be affected by the response of the supplier.

Normal color 35 days delivery; Custom color 40-50 days. It depends on the actual situation.

Conventional packaging process: film, pearl cotton protection, plywood corner guard, tape fastening. Can also be according to customer requirements with plywood boxes, iron racks and other all-round protection.

We have exported a lot of goods and have not received any customer complaints about packing so far.

100% payment is required for orders below RMB 50,000; Over 50,000 RMB, 50% deposit is required when placing an order, and the balance is paid before delivery.

Samples can be provided at preferential prices in the early stage; After placing the order, according to the agreement between the two parties, we will return the sample cost.
